Thank you for supporting our small ceramic studio! We put great care into handcrafting and packaging each piece to ensure it arrives safely at your door. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description. Made-to-order or custom pieces may take longer to ship — estimated timelines will be noted during correspondence.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship via USPS / UPS  with tracking included.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging

We take pride in being eco-friendly packaging. Each ceramic item is individually wrapped and cushioned to minimize risk during transit.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup in the greater Portland area. Please contact us before placing your order to receive pickup code, pickup address, and to schedule a pickup time. 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work with you to replace or refund your order.
For lost packages, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier but are not responsible for shipments marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
